Checkspot, an audit delivery portal

A HubSpot audit usually ends as a long document. The client reads it once, a few recommendations get done, and nobody tracks the rest. The audit firm has no view of what was decided or blocked.

• Findings by category with a status for each one.
• Decisions the client records against each finding.
• An action plan that follows the decisions.
• Step-by-step guides for the fixes the client's team carries out.
• Help requests and history, so every exchange stays attached to its finding.
• Roles: audit firm admin, consultant, client admin, member and read-only.

The portal runs on Cloudflare Workers. A core database holds accounts, roles and clients; each client gets its own database, and documents are kept in object storage, all located in the European Union.
