Controller

SPOTIFLOW, SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL LDA, NIPC 519601440, Albufeira, Portugal. Contact: hello@spotiflow.eu.

What we collect and why

• Contact form and emails: first and last name, work email, company, country and your message, to answer your request and, if you become a client, to manage the relationship. Legal basis: your consent and the steps taken at your request before a contract.
• Technical logs: the hosting provider processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies for security.

Recipients and processors

Contact requests are recorded in the CRM of Stratenet SRL (Belgium), a company with the same founder, which handles them on behalf of Spotiflow Europe. The CRM is provided by HubSpot, Inc. Our other processors are the hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our email tools [list to confirm]. When a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or another adequacy decision.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after [24 months]. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and the legal retention periods that apply.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@spotiflow.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
