1. ### Diagnose

   We review your systems, data and processes, and write down what works and what doesn't.
2. ### Specify

   Architecture, data flows, scope, timeline and cost. You approve it before work starts.
3. ### Build

   We configure, integrate and develop in test environments, with reviews at agreed milestones.
4. ### Run

   We deploy, document and hand over. Technical maintenance is available on request.

## 1. Diagnose

We review your systems, data and processes with the people who use them. The result is a short written diagnosis: what works, what doesn't, and where the effort would pay off.

## 2. Specify

We describe the target solution: architecture, data flows, which system owns which data, scope, timeline and cost. You approve it before any work starts, and changes during the project are written down the same way.

## 3. Build

We configure, integrate and develop in test environments first. You review the work at the milestones set in the specification, with real data whenever possible.

## 4. Run

We deploy to production, document what was built and hand it over to your team. Technical maintenance and monitoring are available on request.
